Your tasks
- You win new customers and expand the accounts sustainably.
- You assume responsibility for the optimal support of our existing customers through quality assurance of projects and increasing customer loyalty.
- You prepare offers and conduct contract negotiations (including the conclusion of contracts).
- You will develop relevant solution strategies for customers and ensure that the projects are staffed accordingly - in close cooperation with the specialist departments and the consulting team.
- You maintain transparent reporting along the agreed strategic and operational KPIs.
- You will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Your skills
- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration with a focus on marketing/sales/CRM or business informatics.
- You have at least three years of professional experience in a sales position, ideally in a personal service, wine and spirits sales environment.
- You impress with your confident demeanor with our clients at board and management level.
- You have strong customer orientation and sales skills.
- You always show a high degree of initiative, perseverance, goal and result orientation.
